If you are unfamiliar with these cars you have three directions you can go in.
TII Parts car. Not a whole lot of running TII's that are parts cars, usually a blown motor makes it a parts car. This would give you everything you need for a swap.
JSpec motor. Probably the least desirable option. You will have to hunt down all the turbo-specific stuff, AFM, etc. Big pain, especially if you don't know the car.
Third and in my mind best option - JDM front clip. This includes everything you need to swap your car to a TII, every nut, bolt and bracket plus quite a few things you can resell to recoup some of your cost. For instance all the RHD stuff would be easy to peddle and make some money back. However this isn't cheap. I think clips range from 2000-3000. At least the parts car would let you sell all the good, high dollar parts. But if you don't want to deal with parting out a car, you might consider the clip. Also, JDM is cool

There is NO DIFFERENCE between the JSPEC engines and the ASPEC engines. Also, it's JSPEC for OEM parts. JDM is for aftermarket parts.

The T2 flywheel will not mate to the NA tranny.

As far as there being no difference between JSPEC and JSPEC engines, internally no difference, externally there are less emissions equipment on the Jspec motors and since he will be starting out with an NA that is what he will have to work with.
The difference is where the gauge cluster is in the car. The JSPEC will not reach nor match the Gauge Cluster in ASPEC vehicals. Yes, the car should start, but you'll have no guages. That's not much good in my book.

You should be able to use a JDM front clip and convert to RHD or use a US dash wiring harness from a turbo car.
