Where can I get the FSM now?

I used to get it at FC3S.org, but they said its now hosted at some other place, and the link doesn't work. I need to check some stuff out on it, anyone know where I could get some parts of it?

I have both the FSM for series 4 and series 5 second generation cars. Also, I have the parts fiche for those cars too. Hit me up on AIM - "DarkCircle3" if you cannot get them anywhere else.

Is there a particular trick to download these files and save to disk without doing it one page at a time?

Basically the parts microfiche lays out every part on the car and gives it a part number. So, if you need a certain part you can just go in to the dealership, give them the part number, and walk out. Some people just like to do it that way.

Either buy the FSM or when you find it, print it out and put it in a nice binder. you'll always be needing it anyway.

I bought the 87 FSM, took it to Kinkos and cut the spine off, laminated the covers, and coil bound it. The thing is frikkin' stout now! The coil bind makes it much easier to work with since the pages fold back underneath like a calendar. There's nothing quite like having the FSM right there in your hands while working on the car.

Plus, the coil bind makes it easy to copy any section of the book...of course I would never copy the FSM out of respect for international copyright law .

Mazda has been contacting people that are posting it on the web, and requesting that they take it down.

It is copyrighted material after all.

Just go buy a manual

Yeah, I had all the sales manuals scanned and put on a CD (as well as screen savers and all sorts of other promotional stuff) but I had to stop selling it, because Mazda Lawyers threatened to take me to court and sue me for each one I sold.

So now I am submitting to their lawyers and marketing people that I was only selling the normally free at a dealer info so that I can sell it again.
