The vacuum line with the cylinder on it.
Or is it possible to repair it?

Go to the bone yard, just be carefull when you take off the old lines, don't pull them off cut 'em off. You should pay mabye 10$ for one. I see the pic now thought u were talking about the OMP spider vac lines. If you just need a 1/4" vac. line any part store sells them by the foot.

 

yea.. I'm talking about the check valve line that goes into the double throttle diaphram, I gave it a karate chop with my two fingers on accident.

Is there any way to get it new?

 

Mazda dealer for the check valve and any auto parts store for the vac hose.
