Getting my engine rebuilt by Banzai then a bigger turbo and was going to get it tuned but then I thought about an exhaust. Would I need to be re-tuned if i got a bigger exhaust? Also if anyone knows a good kind of turbo for around $350 let me know please.

Well, you would most likely need to re-tune it with a larger exhaust. Also, I can't think of any decent turbo for 350, at least new. You might find a used one in good condition for that, though. If anyone else knows of some for that price, jump in.
