The baffle in your fuel tank has broken off.

either fix the fuel tank baffle or get a surge tank

do you think has anything to do with the sending unit pipe that goes from the sending unit to the fuel tank cause my original one was rusted and leaked gas so i replaced that temporary with a differnt pipe thats smaller than the original one

I had this issue years back when I first go tmy TII. It ended up just being the filter attached to the fuel pump in the tank was clogged. Replaced it and it ran perfectly.

No, nothing to do with that.

its either that the SOCK FILTER off of the fuel pump has become clogged as mentioned above, or it is a BAFFLE that has busted loose.

a baffle is one of a system of ribs through the fuel tank

It's almost always the sock filter.

A baffle is just a piece of metal sticking down that gets in the way when fuel sloshes about. Without it all the fuel quickly pools on one side whenever you turn, away from the suction.

Baffles in general (not just for fuel tanks) are anything you stick in the middle of fluid flow to get in its way and force the fluid to take a less direct path. It's also sometimes used to disrupt the momentum of whirlpool effects near pump suctions, for example.
