Whats the point in even going widebody if you only want to use 8.5 and 9.5" wide wheels? You can fit that on a stock body easily.
I plan on doing 45mm front and 50mm rear to run a 18x10/11 setup.
Make it worth your wild and do bigger.

And I even plan on shoving as much tire on those wheels as I can.

If I were you, Id look into at least a 9.5/10.5 setup. Or, buy the wheels you like and MAKE them fit. lol

Unless you like the hella-stretched/sunken battleship look, Id go for a 255/275 for the 9.5/10.5

And if you really wanted those 8.5/9.5, Id do a 245/265. Mainly because Im not a real big fan of stretched tires. But if you like them, then you should get wider wheels with a much lower offset.

Im no professional here soo... this is all just opinion.
