Whats this nipple go to ? on a 91 NA

Ive been having really bad bucking . i did a whole bunch of stuff to the fuel section of the car.. on some advice from another member they told me to check for vaccum leaks.. i did and i came up with this. and [url]
this is the same tube. its located on the passenger side of the car under the air tube and its right next to the air pump. i cant figuire out where it goes or what its hooked up to .. when i plug it i get rid of most of the stuble on the lower end of the rpm range. anyone help me with this??

That goes to the 6th (or is it 5th?) port actuator. the port isn't going to open up without it and that means one of your rotors is starving for air. That could possibly cause your problem.

possibly. There are 2 ports, one for each rotor. The nipple you found goes to the front rotor. You need to connect a hose from the nipple in the picture to the one you found under it.

There's also one for the rear rotor, make sure it's also connected.
