Whats making my FRICKIN buzzer go off???

The low coolant buzzer keeps going off in the car but coolant level is fine. THe wire is fine too, so is there some OTHER warning that will cause that buzzer to go off?

It starts when the key is in the ON position (motor off) and it only stops after the motor warms up???

If you did a proper search, you would've found that the buzzer is only triggered by three things.

LOW COOLANT
LOW OIL
REDLINE

Oops forgot to put in the wierd part

It only goes off (being the buzzer stops making noise) after the car has warmed up. Oil level is full.. coolant is full.. and it happens even when motor is off.

Just because everything is topped off doesn't mean the buzzer won't trigger?
How about a bad or disconnected sensor?

Everything was working before the TB mod, so im betting disconnected sensor. I just didnt know the extent of sensors that would trigger that buzzer (which i could have found by searching)

SO where is this low oil sensor located?

if it changes state when warm, you have bubbles in the coolant system.

Pretty cut and dry. Bleed the system.

The buzzer only goes OFF (stops making noise) when it becomes warm

yep... pretty damm straight forward.

Not getting why you don't bleed out the coolant system.

Have you properlly bled the coolant system???

Or did you just look at the overflow resivoir and figure that because it is between the H and L that the radiator and coolant lines must be fine?

A mazda DEALERSHIP (yes, this is going to sound silly) disabled my low coolant sensor because i need a new one and they decided not to fix it. I am going to buy one myself, but untill then i believe they grounded the low coolant wire so it would make the buzzer stop going off.

My upper rad hose has a metal "spring" lining so you cant squeeze it. How do i bleed the system?

I've posted the following before... *sigh*

The buzzer is for the following

1. Redline
2. Low Oil
3. Low Coolant

It will go off during the following situations according to the previous numbered list.

1. Roughly at/above redline

2. Immediately when the car senses that it has low oil. When your oil is near the absolute low point, it will go off during a turn when the oil shifts and the sensor sees the the oil is low. If the oil is properly filled, the shift won't matter and it won't go off.

3. After ~15 seconds of the car constantly sensing low coolant via the coolant level sensor. It WON'T go off due to a turn unless you're in a sharp turn that lasts quite a while (long on/offramp maybe). Definately not what you're describing.

When I fist put my motor back in my car I had a buzzer going off. I found out that I forgot to connect a ground wire thing by the cluch slave cylinder. Once I hooked it up the buzzer quit going off.
