What's the difference in turbo and na throw-out bearings?

What's the difference in turbo and na throw-out bearings?
I was browsing around the Pineapple racing site and thier tech info page says that upgrading to the turbo throw-out bearing is recommended. Why is the bearing any different? And why would it matter?
