Yeah. They only modified ten of those for CIA agents that were to infiltrate the street racing scene, after the release of the ever so popular racing flick... "The Fast and The Furious" - After the release of this movie, the street racing scene started to become more of a problem. An agent must have sold this to you by accident. They also came with an IED resistant fuel tank and floor panels, bullet proof door panels, mild street port, RhinoTire tires, titanium winshield wiper blades, and a slightly larger glove box. It was known as the GT-RXL TII.CIA Base/Sport model. Pretty rare.

HAHAHAH

You could always try following the wiring, but be careful, those CIA agents may have put a trip wire in it if you try to disconnect it!

Gross.

Did you try pressing and holding it while the car was running?

Probably controlled something aftermarket at some point. Very stealth switch though.. I'd definitely re-use it.

Have a stock radio? Did it ever possibly from previous owner have a DVD player in it? Might be a switch to simulate the ebrake grounding out and letting the DVD video display on screen. Some brands newer models have a sort of fail safe so you can't just ground out the wire from the stereo permanent.
