this spring im planning to build a turbo motor. ive got a budget of about 2-3k$ im guessing. what im wondering is whats the best way to put one together for decent power output, but more used for canyon running. im looking for low boost lag, while increasing power moderatly.
i was checking out the bnr turbos, and the only fuel management i want to run is my safc.
im basically looking to see if theres any little things i should be considering sticking in there while im building the motor.

car has to be cali smog legal. thats my only constraint.
