What Turbo is This? Searched.

So, upon buying my 7 around last year the PO said that he had put in a T3/T4 hybrid. This means very little because he knew nothing else about it. I didn't look into it much until now because the turbo has started to leak oil and smoke like crazy. Things I know;

- The hotside is S5.
- It has some markings on it, but not much.
- .60 A/R
- It says M27 BC1 on it.

Basically what I've done is search up those things and came up with a few different options. I'm led to believe it's a T04b Compressor Housing. So, the next thing I did was measure the compressor wheel and it came out to 70mm. This would make it a T04b H-Trim. Now this may sound dumb but do I measure the wheel from the base where it flares out, or the top where it's the smallest? Basically I just want to know what turbo I have.

Any help is appreciated, thanks.

You need to measure the inducer and the exducer. 70mm is the exducer diameter of all of the standard T04b wheels.
