What tools do I need?

What kind of puller do I need to take the flywheel off. I've tried using a timing gear puller and it didn't work and I couldn't find a flywheel puller.

I've already tried using a hammer it only pulled one side of flywheel and eventually got suck,I don't want to order a tool and have to wait a week or two to arrive it, I just want to take off my flywheel and get it resurfaced, do you think a harmonic Balancer Puller will work better?

A hammer is the easiest way to go. Put a prybar behind the flywheel, pry on it, and BEAT THE HELL out of it with a hammer. You REALLY have to wail on it. I can usually get a flywheel off in about 2 minutes doing this.

You have to hit it on opposite sides, alternating. Dale's method works, it's how I've done it.

And I BROKE a harmonic balancer puller... don't use that.

I just want to make something clear. by using a prybar you mean wedging something between the flywheel and the engine and hitting the end of the prybar(like hammering a nail) to get the flywheel loose right?

No... hit the FLYWHEEL not the bar. Hold outward pressure with the bar.
