What size wrench on housing oil injectors?

What size wrench on housing oil injectors?
It should be 14's like on the intake ones, but the 14mm barely wont go on. Maybe just a ton of crap builde up on them? I dunno...

A THIN 14mm. That's why they make grinders, to make wrenches thin.
