I need to put my struts in my car and need to know what size nuts i need and what size bolts are needed. I also need to know what the sizes are of the bolts that hold the top plate onto the strut.

Are you asking what kind of tools you will need, or are you asking what kind of nuts and bolts you would need to buy in order to replace the originals?
