You're referring to the self locking hub nuts right?

Thats .25mm under. Might work, if not you can return it.

 

If you use a 1 1/4 I believe it has to be a 12pt socket to get it to fit.

 

next question, how do i get the effin rotors off of the hub?

 

You do not need to remove the axle nut to take off the rotors..if thats what youre trying to do. On the rotors you will see a small threaded hole. Find a decently long bolt (~6") and thread it into that hole. It will push the rotor away from the hub.
