what should my hks boost gauge do?

what should my hks boost gauge do when I rev it in nutral? Mine shoots up when I rev it but then falls back down when I'm still reving it. What does this mean? Thanks.

I don't think it should be going above 0psi. In most Turbo charged cars this is the case to my knowledge... I am not entirely sure on the RX-7 but im pretty sure there shouldn't be enough back pressure to get you above 0 psi, on a gauge...

And if none of this information is helpful then at least its a bump back up to the top for you...

What is the gauge saying you are at when you are reving it?

Where is it hooked up?

some questions which might help others have answers for you.

I can get positive boost in idle but have to rev pretty high.

After you let off the throttle it should drop to about -.8 bar or so and then go back to about -.6 bar at idle. That's how my blitz gauge reads.
