What to replace when putting on new struts?

I'll likely be getting new struts (Tokico blues probably) due to my strut rusting through issue... see my other thread.

Anywho, what all needs replaced (bushings, etc.) when I put on new struts for all 4 corners?

Keep in mind I'm on a very minimal budget so I can't afford to replace every single part if it's not needed. Basically the minimum amount needed to make sure the new struts work right and aren't taking unneeded damage by being surrounded by 22 year old parts.

you'll be fine with just replacing the struts as long as the dust boots etc. are ok

Strut mounts only if the existing ones are pooched.

Shouldn't need anything though.

Just look at the dust boots and make sure they are good. If you dont have a reason to think the mounts are bad then i wouldn't replace them unless you have extra money laying around. Just put the new ones on there.

I would replace the strut mounts. They are realatively inexpensive and likely yours are worn. First time I replaced my struts without the mounts it rode fine but seem to revert back to the old feel. Second time I replaced the mounts and it made alot of difference. Feel is much better like a new car. Since you'll have the struts out I'd go ahead and change the mounts. My thoughts anyway.

worn strut mounts will cause an annoying creaking sound in cold weather. it's worth replacing them if you are hearing this noise.

Basically you just need the struts, as mentioned. But you might also want to replace the springs and bushings if they're old. Old springs sag and old bushings make the ride harsher while also hurting handling. And then you wouldn't just check the shock bushings, you'd check all the suspension bushings.

I'll probably just throw on whatever I get on there for DGRR and then go back later. I don't drive that aggressive anyways. I just don't feel like having a strut break while going around a turn...
