How much psi does it take to open the actuators for the aux ports on an N/A?

Supercharger boost

Do you think that the psi from the supercharger boost would open them then. And if it does do you think this will help get more power?

no... you will destroy the diaphram (sp?) inside the actuator if you use the supercharger boost to open them. Either that, or you will blow the hose off or something, you need 3psi in that tiny hose to fully open them (i think its 3 psi)
forcing more than that wont do you any good. all it does is open up a valve.
If you were to take offyour lower intake manifold and look and look at the sleeves, etc then youd see what i was talking about

Supercharger at 7000 rpm is only going to puch a max of 7psi boost, do you think that would still not work?

Its going to be WAY more than 7psi if its flowing through a 1/4" tube.. Trust me. Just use your air pump to open the ports, it will work much better. Please dont bother trying to do it with the super charger..

Start to open at 1.2 PSI, fully open at 2.1 PSI on a 84-88 13B, and lower for a 89-91.

Sounds like that's what someone measures with his otherwise useless BOOST gauge once he goes back from turbo to non turbo.

If you used a manual boost controller to drop the pressure down to ~2 PSI.
