Initial set coupler. Ground the single green test plug next to the diagnostic test plug. Driverside near the battery. Did you search?

Same. Two pin green plug on the passenger side of the vehicle by the primary ignition pack. There should be a larger green plug next to it. You'll hear something click when it's shorted.

And I might be dreaming, but doesn't this set a standard duty for the BAC, rather than shutting it off?

Well, if you're going to adjust your idle that's not going to work. The BAC needs to do it's thing when you short the initial set coupler or your idle won't be set correctly.
