I believe it is the plug you use to set your TPS. There is a test tool that is basically two wires with lights at the ends of the wires that plugs into the plug shown and you use that to dial in your TPS. In any event, it is a green plug which means it is for testing or diagnosis. It does not plug into anything in the harness for the car to operate. Do you have a strut tower brace? Is that what is in the way in the picture?

Fuel pump jumper connector. It will only work if you have the key in the ON position.

So are you saying that the TPS checker wire is different than the one pictured? It is in virtually the same location.

It looks green on my screen. Or is it just that it is dirty?

It's just dirty. The green is GRREEEEENNNNNN, like, noticibly(sp?) greener. And, yea,as stated above, it's the fuel pump jumper plug.

It definitely looks green on my screen, but I will stand down. If it is not green, then it is not the TPS checker wire.

Never mind the colour, has everybody forgotten that the TPS check connector has three pins and the fuel pump check connector only has two?

AAH, RX7BOY06, I think we can safely say that we have definitely and positively determined once and for all that the plug is not the TPS checker plug! Ah, Roger that!

P.S: I still say its green though!
