What are the logistics of swapping a NA engine for a Turbo Engine?

What are the logistics of swapping a NA engine for a Turbo Engine?

I have a 1987 Non-turbo RX7, and I want to know how I can swap the engine for a turbo engine. And if it is possible to install a turbo engine from a 1991 model. If I can't swap the engines, how can I make my naturally aspirated engine into a high HP monster... and what would the HP be?
