What is the Largest/Most effecient turbo?

Plz Help with shopping!
You guys have helped me with a few decisions so far. Now I need your help with the last and final part. The shopping list.
I've seen several great reviews of several turbos. What do you guys use? Which do you recommend? I'm looking for the largest single turbo set-up I can find and have no problem spooling. Also what should I look for when it comes to cooling?
I'm vested in finding several Electrical fans. All of which will be run by a seperate battery. I believe I will have 6 Total. What type of intercooler set up should I go with to further the cooling process? And any recommendations for blow-off/wastegate systems are greatly appreciated.
