looks to me like a nice RC car but in a form of real life with a ricer wing... i like the hood scoop though iono what it is though

Looks like the GP Sports to me, with some kind of custom/aftermarket fenders/hood, RE-A side mirrors, and possibly the RE-A rear wing but I can't see the wing in great detail.

I don't like those mirrors though, they must be useless.

the fenders are a la brand called b- magic. I saw them at JGTC ,but I dont like th scoops in them ,but that front bumper is teh sexness
