what kind of performance pully do i order. i have an 86 n/a with the a/c and air pump removed. the only ones i can find are the ones the recquire a/c and an air pump. also wich is the best pully set for my set up, and where do i order it from.

 

I beleive atkins sells a set. But I would think twice about using underdrive pullies since they slow down your alternator and water pump. This can create issues with charging and cooling.

If you don't have an upgraded stereo or other electronic devices, I wouldn't worry about it.
supposedly you can see 8-12 HP with UD pulleys

 

well there is the problem. i do have an upgraded stereo. so now what do i have to do to keep those problems from happening.

 

Maybe if you get an FD alternator and rig it up to use the UD pullys that might provide enough power for it. Not sure though.

well i guess iam not going to order the pullies then b/c i love my system. maybe i can get a power cap for the stereo.
