To answer your question...NO

Now wether you should care about our oppinions or not you should decide that on your own. It will end up being personal prefference in the end that makes your decission.

Do you think I should **** the blonde next door? Hell, I dunno, I guess it's a matter of personal preference and circumstance??

And was it necessary to ask this 3 times in a row??

alright i thinking about rear seatsin the t2 cuz every freakin time i go up to the track there is 2 extra ppl layin behind me. gets really annoyin when they cant stop bitchin. i dont really mind the extra 5 lbs of weight. im gonna end up with some light weight seats in the front so there wont be a prob.

Oops, sorry about the triple post. My connection is screwy at times. Anyway, I don't think the rear seats will weight me down that much anyway, and I agree with TakumiJr; having people roll around in the back is definitely not fun. Thanks for your opinions though.

Rear seats? No way. I like my car to be as impractical as possible.

You really think 20lbs. I did a swap on a car and That bin stuff didn't feel light. Most of the seat is nothing but foam. I thought it probably worked out about even. Anyone ever weighted the stuff?

I wouldn't go 2+2. Unless you got little kids or a midget family to lug around, I'd say go for it then. Plus, insurance should be a bit cheaper too.

I've seen the 2+2 setup in person and I cannot see how any adult can fit in the back and still be comfortable. Remember, they were made for Japanese asses, not Americans.

I just bought the 2+2 seats, I got a killer deal.

There have been times where it would have been nice to move an extra person, who cares if its not comfortable, if they wanted to they could drive on their own, but since parking is scarce and theres no way you can 2+2 some cars, this is a solution.

I've got to sit in a friends car with the +2 seats. Those seats are not made for anyone over 7 years old. I'm 6'1" and I had to sit with my knees in my ears. I have pics of my 7 with the 2+2 seats and the only reason why I got one with 4 seats is because it gave me bargaining power over my wife. I told her that with 4 seats, our daughter can sit in the back seat like a normal car. She is only 2 so its plenty of room for her. I'll see if I can dig up some pics.

It depends on what you want them for. For me it was a choice of make room for the baby, or find another car. My son is five now and I can see that the back seat will only be big enough for a few more years. He loves riding back there. As soon as I'm done typing this, I'm going to pick him up and he will be excited to see that I drove the "cool car". The cool thing about the seats is that they fold flat, so you don't loose any cargo space. I can still fit my bike back there if I need to (if I take both wheels off).

there is no point for rear seats there is no leg room there. no one can sit right in there. maybe if they layed sideways someone might key word might. but other wise no need for em.

Meh... take em or leave em. I love my 2+2 cause I can throw my skateboards or anything else in the back (and not have to reach very far for it). If I have to lug around friends they can pull the "shotgun" commericial where they fold the tennis player in half and stick him in the back . There is plenty of room normally, but when you go to stick a 5' 10++ person in it gets kinda tight.. But hey, as someone else said "they can always use their own car if they dont like it".

If you want to drive people around, get a mini van. If you like driving, leave it.
