What kind of FC Fender-overs are these?

this picture was from japan, i got it off from a japanese magazine and was wondering if anyone know anything about them?

That's a Panspeed front, and those Corksport flares are copies of the Panspeed flares and those don't look like the one's that are on that car, they look like any universal flare like the ones they have for the old 240Z's...
