No, it's stupid.  One of the ops thought it would be a great idea to moderate the channel (only those with "voice" and all ops can say anything) - we're trying to rectify the situation right now.  I guess I'll try and get my bot access back, cause no one can change it with one of the bots changing it back - we're waiting for the bot owner to pop back on.

I've got my bot access back so situations like what happened should be minimized.  I can't make excuses for some of the other ops on the channel, but this +m thing was getting out of hand.
