You're not going to make that much power from a 13b. The SC300 engine is over twice the size of the 13b, and there's a lot more support for them (I assume your buddy did a 2jz swap). Enjoy the FC doing what it was developed for. Decent power, great handling, rear wheel drive fun. It wasn't meant to be a drag queen, so build it up with a BNR and run circles around a car that will have trouble staying on the road.
