What happend?
Ok.......Me and my freind were putting a new RB header on his car and we where having trouble getting the manafold* off b/c we couldn't get to the top two bolts on it. So he toke these two things off that where right in front of the two bolts i forgot what they are called. anyways he toke them off and got the bolts off and put the header on. And we also unhooked the air pump and every thing that was on it too. so then he put the two things that were in front of the top two bolts back on and then we started the car and everything was fine and then we toke it for a test run. We started out slow and everything was going smoothly and then he got on it hard and we toke off, he was in first and then he tryed to change gears when he hit red line and when tryed to change gears the car just cut off and stoped and it would not start back up. And we can't figure out what happend. So if anyone konws what happend pleas help!!!!! Thanks!

First off, there's too much toking going on . What does the car do when trying to start? Does it crank? The first thing I would do is check any loose connections. It could be something as simple as a loose lead on the battery terminal. The only things I can think of that are in the way of a simple header install are the 5th/6th port actuators, heat shields, bacv, and the air pump. Did he remove the port actuators? Perhaps you could desribe the part that he removed and replaced.
