Hey I have idea, and sorry if this was already mentioned. I believe I have mentioned this to you before but a guy I know has 2 superchargers off of a coupple of thunderbirds. A vid on installation of one of these would be amazing.

To be honest, I would love to be able to put a V6 Thunderbird Supercharger onto a rotary. This supercharger is a positive displacement (or roots type/screw type) blower, and actually mounts to the intake manifold.
However, in my experience, I think this would be impossible due to:
-The overall length of then supercharger would not allow the pullies to line up even with the back of the supercharger hitting the firewall.
-Welding a new intake manifold system would be required. This involves the entire intake system from the block up. This intake manifold would have to be incredibly sophisticated, outside of the level of quality of most professional shops, let alone the home enthusiast.
It *is* possible to make a manifold to fit the block and allow the s/c to mount, but really, I doubt it would make much power. Idling would be near impossible. As well, proper mounting of the TB would be a huge problem.

I will look into this further, but as it looks, there is no chance of it properly going on a rotary.

Don't be expecting a s/c kit for at least a year, and when it does come out, it will be using a centrifugal s/c. I will be able to modify the kit for you if you find a used s/c, say one off a mustang, for around $200.
My kit would inculde everything you'd need to get the car running with a s/c.
As for a complete NA intake manifold ... not from me. The stock intake, with porting, is pretty damn good as it is. I could, however, do the piping from the AFM to the TB.

Both will be in there, without question.
Done to an S5 NA car, with added comments for any minor adaptations required for S4 cars.

im talking about the piping from the AFM to the throttle body.I agree the stock manifold is more than enough as i have found out, irecently put a 89 intake, and new injectors on my 88 and now im having fuel problems thats why i had to go with a S-AFC.So whats all involved with the s/c kit what do i need to get started?thanks,Dave

I live 3000 mi away so I"m not sure how much it would be to ship my car to you but it needs everything in the pending list of my sig. I have about $3,000 saved up so far, I think that would cover the parts

The s/c. First off, choose a brand of s/c. I can only help from that point.
If I make a kit, it will be using ATI Procharger s/c.

It was.
I will not show how to do it, since I do not agree with it.
However, everything that needs to be done will be included :
Rearend RE&RE,
Tranny Re&Re,
engine Re&Re (for TII and NA engines),
ECU and wiring Re and RE,

and the rest I will point to parts on the TII and NA's and tell you how to install them and what needs to be done.
Good?

FMIC will be shown.

This was covered in earlier posts.

I leave at the end of the month for work, so no.
Unfortunately, for free labour, you would have to wait until the end of august for me to do it.
I am more than willing to if you wanna wait that long.
Apologetic,
Sean Cathcart

ANYTHING you want installed from mid-late august on, I will do for free, including maintenance.

Definitely not worth the cost of shipping to you.
I will be in Toronto next january for a co-op, I could do it then, if you can wait that long.

Forget this bullshit. No one cares. Its not gonna happen.

Anyone in BC wants work done for free, I'll still do it, but there'll be no video.

How about a Short Shifter install?
Sun/Moon Roof motor rebuild?
Weather Strip replacement?

I hope you still make the videos. It would cut down on all the headaches... well, most of them.
