what do these connectors do on the engine harness??
I don't have a picture yet, I'll get one as soon as I can. but the one 20+ wire harness that connects to the ecu (but doesn't go out to the engine)
what is connected to that?
and what are the 4 extra 1wire conncters on my convertible? they are blue or orange connectors.
I sold my wiring harness and I'm wondering if I'm going to need these vert-specific wires.

cut out the wires and plugs that where on the N/A engine wire harness. You might be able to go to the junk yar and get those just cut them out.

make shure to bundel, tape and mark the bundle of wires wheather they headed to the engine or to the socket.

Now on a stock car the wires aren't haging out like on the picture. They are nicely wraped in electric tape and such, so to acces these wires you will need to take out the harness and remove the electric tapeso that you can take the winshield wiper and cruise control harness out.
Now if you have followed me to this point your are in the right track. As you can see on the pic the blue wires where put into the J-spec yellow plug on there correspondid location.
The brown plug plugs in under the dash and corresponds to the cruisse control. you will need to sauter 3 wires on to the engine harness.

Now when I took these wires out of N/A engine harness I took it out with the Yellow plug, so that I coud see where the wires go. Then I took out the wires that I needed from the N/A yellow plug and put them in corresponding location in the J-spec yellow plug.
I think I am making all this just to complicated, but Ill take some new pictures of the finished wireing.
Hope this helps.
