I'm planning on swapping in a manual rack and was wondering what parts are needed and a lil "How To" would be great also.

The rack, one of the saddle brackets (forget which one, take them both) and the bushing that goes with the odd bracket. That's it. There are two saddle brackets that hold the rack in place. One of them is different between the power rack and the manual. Just grab both the brackets from the donor car and the bushings that go inside them. Unbolt the stock rack and swap in the manual. It's cake.

Seth, VERY nice car... (don't much care for the wing, but otherwise O-TAY!!)

Samps,

It's really easy, and Chris and Seth got it covered.

One other thing I would recommend, in the interest of saving weight, would be to exchange the tilt steering for a non-tilt. You'd be surprised at the weight difference. The non-tilt weighs about half of what the tilt does. It's not like 20 lbs less or anything, but significant nonetheless. The weights are probably 7-8lbs for non-tilt vs about 15 for tilt. Every little bit helps...

I'm guessing by what Samps said that all verts have non-tilt? What other cars might have it? I didn't know that was made and a significant weight savings like that would be nice for my race car.
