CUT THE DAMN LICENSE PLATE HOLDER!! Jeez...

I mean, it's not rocket science. IF you want to know what they're hitting, do what any reasonable person would do.

LOOK.

That's right, most of the problems we have can be solved by simply going outside, getting real close to the object in question, and peering around while moving the part around to find the problem. Who would have ever thought?

I have never flamed anyone who has shown a reasonable amount of initiative and intelligence on their own. Lazy people who just want others to answer their questions for them, or dumb people who can't understand what they're being told, are subject to flaming at any time by any user and without warning. We don't mind helping you, but we damn sure won't do it for you and we hate repeating ourselves. This should be a forum motto at the top of the page somewhere, IMO.

yes i do know who you are..... my problem with you is that you try to make me look dumb or something. i hardly ever ask any question because im pretty good at figuring things out for myself but i dont wanna mess anything up. yes i did search and it didnt help. its a good "motto" but i honestly think you enjoy feeling better then everyone else by making them look stupid in a somewhat subtle way and thats fine with me because i dont know you and can care less about you.. IMO. i guess i can figure it out myself now because nobody here is any good without having something smart to say about it. o well

Gee, that was damned hard. Look at the top of my first post.

Spoon feed you people and you still say you can't figure it out. What does it take?

You would've avoided all of this if you had done a proper search in the first place...

What do you people even have this forum for..... you shuold call it the rx7 DATABASE and not allow any posting ever again. as for kevin landers and rotary resurection. I cant carry on a decent covorsation with him over e-mail, pm, or what ever without being directed to a link to his website. Kinda frustrating.

To answer your question snack: You will need to buy the s5 license plate trim as well as the s5 tails; you might want the gaskets as well. You will need a dremel and some rustoleum or some kind of rust preventative primer. You will need to cut a 50 cent size piece of metal out of each side of the sheet metal.

http://www.aaroncake.net/RX-7/taillights.htm <-- here is the exact link i used to do my conversion. Very informative. GL
