What is this connector, and why is it unplugged?


This connectors mate was coiled up under the air box. Does anyone know if if should be plugged back in?

Fairly certain that's one of the connectors for the air control valve. I will go check today on my 88 GXL and post a picture of it.

I went out and looked at my 88 GXL and the connectors in question are in fact for the air control valve. I took a couple pictures for reference.
