Pressure chamber hose unplugged and working fine?
Hi all
in the process of solving my solenoid problem i was decide to replace also some important hoses with silicone and all my check valves so today looking at them i found that the hose going to my pressure chamber which has a check valve was unplugged! and the pressure source to that hose capped!

as far as i know that chamber is important so if that hose is unplugged can't be good.. but my car was running fine with that hose unplugged (well i guess, maybe my car can run better with that hose plugged on)
and I have to idea why the previous owner (at japan) did that... what kind of problem can make you unplug that hose and cap the source?
should i let it or should i plug it back?
Thanks!

The pressure chamber is only needed for your secondary boost. Without the pressure tank working, the car will drive and run fine, it just won't be as fast above 4500 RPM as it could be.
That vacuum cap looks more like sloppiness by some previous mechanic.

Hi dale... well i think im gonna plug it back again
but im still wondering what kind of problem can push you to do that... I've been searching a lot but i can't find anything related...
what i problem can be solved discconecting the vaccum chamber? a leaky check valve?
why the previous mechanic did that
