I seen Alot of japanese guys have this bumper setup and i like, but who makes it?
i think its custom but i'm not sure, oh i am mainly refering to the headlight area

those are two different bumpers. the lower car has the bn sports. dont buy raceon ****. save your money.

the car on top looks like it has some kind of re-amemiya variant. photo is shitty so i cant tell for sure but the headlight area is completely different in comparison to the bn.

 

it took me a couple of days to find out but the top pic is a re-amemiya front bumper with a bn sports bottom part. http://www.rhdjapan.com/jdm-low/RE-A...C3S-RX-7-51114 . the bottom pic is a different bumper. i think r-magic.
