Split air pipe, sends air from the airpump to the cat.

Yeah, I guess you could say that...
But the ACV is actually inline with the airflow path.

If you've removed and blocked off the ACV you don't actually have to block off the split air pipe passage, since it just leads to the ACV block off plate...
