wet nitrous kit on t2???? is this smart???

i have a wet nitrous kit that i just purchased for my t2 ...... is this smart to install??? my car currently only has 660cc injectors for the fuel mods, but i do have a s-afc2.....intake, full exhaust, fuel cut defensor...... what is a safe jetting??? i was planning on doing a 2-stage system w/ a 25 shot off the line, and between 50-75 shot @ higher rpm.... is this too much???

Well for starters your not being specific on the injectors is it 660's all the way around or is it just in the secondaries that your running them ? Next thing I highly recommend is port the wastegate to prevent nasty boost creep which equals a blown motor in a heartbeat. Install a Walbro or a FD fuel pump. The S-AFC is ok and gets the job done to a certain point. My personal opinion sell it, and get a aftermarket EMS of your choice as its far more superior as far as tuning capabilities are concerned. You didnt mention if you have a FMIC and a BOV ? A pop-off valve would also complement your FMIC. A Fuel pressure regulator is essential as well. As for the spark, a MSD 6AL or Crane cams HI-6 aftermarket ignition system to enhance you spark, Racing Beat or Magnecore R-100 spark plug wires to complete the ignition system, running the appropiate spark plugs for your setup.
If you would like more in depth info on running a great setup look up "Scathart" in this forum as he is the NOS guru, or do a search under his name as he has a great write up on this topic I remember. Personaly I would just stick to a simple turbo setup it gets the job done and you can make good reliable power. I was going to run a NOS setup in my Turbo-II but I talked to alot of people and they kind of steered me away from the idea. Just look at the number of Turbo-II's in this forum that are making great Horsepower like 350 to 450 RWHP with out the spray something to think about.

Make sure your injectors are up to spec (get them professionally cleaned).

...okay, guys, you realize he has a WET kit right? It ADDS fuel as necessary. Good fuel pump (walbro, it's 80 bucks and 10 minutes to install), and make sure you're timing isn't too high, and you should be fine. Proper spark plug choice and proper tuning is important as well.

Port the snot out of your wastegate, possibly even goto a larger flapper (this is of course if you are still running the stock WG). Also watch your boost spikes VERY carefully.

Too much to be able to control creep on a TII with any degree of engine safety.

Still usually not enough for nitrous use, even with a 35 mm port job, unless you go with a restrictive exhaust...

Nitrous creates big amounts of exhaust products. This always creates boost creep on a stock turbo... always.
Don't even ask how I tried to get away with my shots... it was a nightmare that I am not willing to explain. Never again will I do a set-up like that.
