Looking at this and your housing I would say you should be looking into a new engine instead of a rebuild. Don't know how your other housing and irons look though.

Get another one. If you re-use it, it will blow a coolant seal shortly after rebuilt. Check your other ones also.

i would but i dont have much money so im screwed and i do not believe that these engines are bad by any means...i do agree with you that they get a bad rep. and most of it is not true

Yep... Because of the bad builds... Believe in shaft play? Alot of people that I know rebuild rotarys dont even check for shaft play at the end of the build b/c they dont want to tear the motor down again...
