Weird buzzing sound and hesitation @ high RPM??

When I am accellerating, in 3rd and 4th @ around 6000 RPM, it begins to sputter and I hear what sounds like a choppy, sputtering buzzer going off around the area of my left knee (kind of by the stock boost gauge).
This cost me some valuable time last week at the drags. At first, I thought maybe I had a fouled plug so I changed them. It still does it!
I am thinking this has something to do with the amount of boost I am running? It happens at around .9 bar.
Any ideas?

Do you think my fuel cut defender could have gone bad?
I am boosting to around 12 PSI when this occurs?

that's what the SAFC is for.
Just curious, what does S-AFC stand for? Stand Alone Fuel Control, Sub-Air Fuel Control, what?

Man! How did you find this thread?
It's almost 2 years old!
A lot has changed since then. No more buzzing noise!
I think that was detonation, but it shouldn't have occured!
I must have had a bad FCD or my 720's werent pumping enough gas. could have also been timing I suppose.
Now I'm running a Haltech with water injection and life is good at 18 PSI!
