weapon r?

does anyone have in their car or have a pic of the weapon r intake? is it just a filter with adaptor? or does it have the polished piping? POST PICS!

****. My roommate has the damn USB cable for the camera!! Let's just say, it is just a filter that attatches to the AFM, and was the worst $125 I ever spent.

It is a filter with this rubber tube that holds it to the AFM. It was the first thing I bought for the car. Now, K&N is all I would reccomend.

Get the AFM adapter either from EBAY or rotormotorsports.com and then just get a cone filter from Nopi or something. I have the HKS intake on my car (it came with it...they cost $170 new) and I don't see why anyone would buy an intake kit.

Have any of you guys seen the Intake system from BNR Supercars. I think there kit replaces the plastic tubing. If any of you have it installed please post pictures

yeah, the weapon R intake is the biggest waste of money I ever spent. but I got some hatch strut covers that say weapon R that I like(they came free with the filter)

oh so its not the full polished intake tube...hrmm...bleh...my filter fits right on (89-91) so if it is only for looks then ill wait and get the BNR

no it isnt the full tube. and it isnt really for looks, it was just an intake i found that came with an adaptor kit for the AFM so I got it.
