WaterPump housing/ pump

Will 89-91 water pump/housing work in my 87TII????

The 86-88 pump and 89-91 housing(or vice versa) will not bolt together, but the 89-91 housing should bol up to a 86-88 engine as lon as you use the 89-91 waterpump.

Be advised that the 86-8 have different sensors than the 89=91 style. You'll at very least need to change sensors in favor of what was in your car. One is square, one is round. Also, like he said, water pumps are different, but you can keep the water pump that fits the housing. The fan is also different for each of these, so you'll need the right one for the water pump youre going with. Keep in mind also that the turbo water pump housings, have a water outlet for the turbo, while the non turbo housings do not.

89-91 water pump housing will not bolt up to the 86-88 front cover. You need the correct one for your car.

hmmmmm thanx guys!..i think i will just ditch the 89-91 pump/housing and get the one exactly for my TII.

How much does a new pump and housing cost???..
Who sells them cheap?!..
