wastegate porting on stock setup?

is it a bad idea to port the wastegate when running a completly stock car. i have the motor out and apart now and im going to be running it stock for a little while before i start doing anything crazy. what would the effects be? i wanna do it while is out and easier so i can eventually just get full exhaust, fcd etc. and turn up the boost.

If the turbo is out, I would port it .

Wont harm anything. And when you plan on running a little bit freer exhaust you wont have to take off the turbo again.

so desicion : Port both holes nicely !
