Talking Washed the car for the first time in a couple of months.

I spray painted my hood, headlight covers and bumper a gloss black (they were blue before, since I had to replace them due to an accident) and had just gotten done washing and waxing it. I will field all questions about the lights as they arise.

I'm not trying to be mean but why would you replace the hood and headlight covers damaged from your accident with dented ones? Or are they the original pieces?

I got all three pieces for $150 and I kinda had to replace it in a hurry and it was a good deal. Oh, yeah, I made a mistake: I painted the covers but I got the whole assembly in that price, too. As far as the looks go, I plan on using the FTP holes for air intake and cleaning up the way the lights look right now. I just have to fab some stuff up and it'll look better.

This is what it looked like before I replaced everything.

I really couldn't tell you. It came with the car. I'm pretty sure it was in all TII's. Maybe check ebay or even the For Sale section here. There's a specific set of reat tower covers and ***** on the hatch for strings to attach to so it'll raise when the hatch goes up.
Yeah, I could've done some bondo but, 1)I didn't feel like spending that money 2)It adds character?

Rear ended a Camaro. See those lines on the hood? Yeah, those are from the muffler on the Camaro. They had to get a new muffler and a repainted bumper. That was it.

I'm working on using the FTP holes to get some more airflow. Going to vent from there right to the filter and I'm using the light assembly to use it as a frame. The visibility isn't too dimished since I modified them to use 100w bulbs as opposed to the 55w. Yeah, I know, still kinda cheap/ricey but in the long run they serve a purpose. And besides as long as I admit that it's kinda ***...
