Maybe your low on oil and when you turn it sounds the buzzer?..is there a light coming on as well? A tune up should be around 80$

maybe your warning lights isnt working. It could be oil or coolant that your low on. Check your dipstick and coolant level in the coolant reservoir

Sounds to me like your low on motor oil and when you stop or turn it sloshes to one side and trips the low oil buzzer...typicaly low coolant wont do that it will just buzz when its low no matter how you drive becuase its pressurized.

o0o yea i forgot! Man its been a long time since i worked on a rx7 or driven one -___-

Also changing out the wiring that is changing out the whole engine harness. If its fine dont touch it. Getting a new harness cost around $500-$800.
