warms up, then cuts off

warms up, then cuts off

alright i got an 88 GTU everytime i get it started it goes threw the warming up process..then when its done warming up it starts to idle for like 2 seconds then cuts off...does anybody have any idea what it could be...

TPS, vacuum leak, or the hard idle adjustment.

Unless you've done something major, it's unlikely to be the hard idle adjustment. The TPS is possible, but a FC will idle with a bad one. I'd look for vacuum leaks.

Wouldn't it die while cold if it had a vacuum leak? Or was he meaning he had the accelerated warmup still on there.

a couple people told me i have a messed up air flow meter....cuz most of the time it cuts off but then once in awhile the car stays on..and then it hesitates like crazy around 3000 to 6000rpms....and i get no power what so ever..
