walbro questions

i plan to run nitrous in my car (91 n/a). as adviced by sean cathcart, i will replace my fuel pump with a walbro for safety.

question: what will an upgraded fuel pump (specifically the walbro) do to my stock car in terms of performance, how it runs....etc.?

the nitrous system isnt in yet, but i was just curious should i install the pump before my nitrous.

By all means, because you won't be running nitrous 100% of the time, therefore you need to make sure the Walbro won't run you so rich that driveability suffers, and make adjustments accordingly...

Why not just get an aftermarket FPR with the walbro. You'll be able to set the base fuel pressure back to stock, or wherever you want it.

Just get a FD fuel pump.

Its plug and play
Doesn't overcome the FPR
Can be had for $30 delivered
