Walbro Problem?

I've had a Walbro in my car for about a year and a half and I don't know if it's me or if something might be wrong.

I can hear the pump whirring in a high pitch when I park the car or sit and idle down. Doesn't seem like I had really noticed being able to hear it before.

I always use 93-94 octane and the car right now has about 1/3rd tank. Sitting at idle I can hear it from inside, so I left the car running and walked to the back and listened under the bumper and I could definetely hear it in the tank whirring.

I'm not experiencing anything abnormal - no change in fuel consumption, no change in power, not hitting any fuel cut.

I'm just kind of concerned because I'd have to remove subs and amps to access it - small PITA...
Thanks for any input.

Thanks. I think it's just that I usually have my stereo volume higher most of the time when I shut down...

Yeah.... I think I would be more concerned if it didn't make noise!
