Thats an awesome video!

I want to do that!

How did you like Laguna Seca? It seems like a great track.

Also, what are the specs on your car? Obviously it is a track only car

Sorry Robert, no in-car, didn't set that up in time..

Dak,

You're probably ok using the T2 shell, just don't mention it to anyone.. Technically, you shouldn't, but no one is going to know (especially if you don't mention it ever again )

BlackRX7,

Check out www.nasaproracing.com, look up the Texas region, and look for an HPDE event. I know there are events like this in your area, just not where. If you're really interested, I can put you in touch with some guys I know who do this stuff in your area.

RX-7Addict,

I've run Laguna in the Trans Am.. The video is actually from Thunderhill, about 80 miles north of Sacramento.. Laguna is a hell of a lot of fun, and probably my favorite track.. Thunderhill is almost as good, just gets way too hot there..

Yo,

Paulie, coolness!! How'd it run?! Did all your hard work pay off? You stoked?! Inquiring minds wanna know! *grin*

I see you finally got some foam on that rollcage...*wink*

And what's with the warning on the thread title? It only took about 32 seconds to download. At home. *grin*

Good job man!

GTR.. Well.. That was T-hill, not Laguna, so yeah, no buffalo or cows at Laguna Wish it was at laguna, would have been cooler.. Gad it was warm.

Kevin,

Of COURSE all my hard work paid off. Not a SINGLE solitary problem all day.. No leaks (some weepage), brakes were solid as a rock, tires worked great, etc etc.. I was very happy..

Must be nice to have a T3 at home

Foam on the cage was great, but damn that mirror!

Yo,

Yeah, I was gonna say something about foaming your mirror...but I held off. *grin*

Actually, I don't have a T3 at home. It's something called WINFirst, it's a fiber optic dealy. About the same amount I was paying for a cable modem, but 6 times as fast. I consistently get 7500-8000 kbps download speeds. It's...sick. *grin*

That's cool that you didn't run into any teething problems, that's somewhat unusual for a race car. Must be the bulletproof nature of the NA FC. *grin*

Did you take tire temps and alla that? Where there any other IT cars out there? Didja smoke 'em?! When's your next track day?

I'm glad that it all came together!
